Screen Printing
Method in which ink is applied directly to the surface to be printed (substrate). The image to be printed is photographically transferred to a very fine fabric (the screen) such that non-printing areas are blocked off and the fabric serves as a stencil. The ink is wiped across the screen to pass through the unblocked areas and reach the substrate. For each color to be printed a separate screen is prepared and the process is repeated. .
Digital Heat Transfer Printing
The Digital Heat Transfer creates digital transfers that can be heat applied to garments, the most popular being t-shirts. However, this system works with most textiles: polo shirts, hoodies, hats, jeans, jackets, cotton, polyester, and blends. We are experts in printing on garments using Digital Heat Transfer.
Sublimation Printing
The dye sublimation inks are a disperse dye suspended in a liquid solvent, like water. The images are initially printed on coated heat-resistant transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto polyester fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature around 180 to 210 C (375 F). We at Al Cotton Garments, do have high quality printers and heat press which can transfer your ideas, images and logos on 100% Polyester Fabrics.
